ABC's Good Morning American Visits COMM.LAB

A crew from "Good Morning America: some subjects being run especially for the occasion of and an interview with Bob Krauss in his office, talking about the gestural facilitation of speech.

The clip on the left shows Ezequiel Morsella's electromyographic study of forearm muscle activation as it relates to the conceptual content of speech. Ezequiel, Jennifer Kim and Lauren Walsh are visible (very briefly) early in the clip. In the one on the right, Bob Krauss tells a lame joke his grandfather told him, which he claims is the origin of the lexical gesture hypothesis. (Don't believe it.)
