NOTES:

Some of the above assignments may change.

  • ?'s denote assignments that are questionable, e.g. due to enrollment uncertainty
  • * denotes a first year graduate student
  • denotes a special TAship for a 2nd - 5th year grad student
  • "ugrad," or red color, denotes an undergraduate or postbac TAship

IMPORTANT: All TAs and TFs are expected to be available during the full duration of the semester to which they are assigned, either Sept. 2- Dec. 19, 2008 or Jan 20 - May 15, 2009, as well as through the awarding and submission of final grades. Please be sure that vacation or travel plans do not overlap with these dates, or with final exam and course grading periods.

In addition, all TAs and TFs are expected to attend the TA Orientation meeting during the first week of the semester, and to arrange for electronic classroom training prior to their first class meeting. The Spring 2009 TA Orientation is scheduled for Friday Jan. 23rd at 11:00 AM.

Other responsibilities and privileges of TAs are outlined on the TA Orientation web page. Please familiarize yourself with these before the start of your TAship. Graduate Teaching Fellows should also read the Graduate Student Teaching Guidelines.
