Psychology Major Declaration Checklist
Complete the form below showing all courses you PLAN to take as well as those you have already completed. To obtain approval to declare a Psychology Major you must show that you will have completed at least four psychology courses, including requirements 1, 2, and 3, by the end of your junior year. Take a copy of this form and your major declaration form to the Undergraduate Curriculum Assistant in 406 Schermerhorn to obtain signed approval for your declaration of a Psychology Major.
