Psychology Work-Study Program

There are numerous lab and office-related work study positions available in the Psychology Department throughout the academic year. Check the Research Labs page to find out more information on a specific lab. Inquiries can be directed to the Undergraduate Curriculum Assistant (uca@psych.columbia.edu) or directly to faculty .

**Before Applying for a work study position, please visit the Federal Work Study web site to make sure you are eligible. You can also fill out most of the paperwork you need ahead of time!

  • Exp. graduation date
  • School/major
  • Skills
  • References
  • For whom you'd like to work
  • Available hours
  • Areas of interest within psychology
  • Resume (optional)

Important: You do not have to be a Psychology major to apply for a work-study position in the Psychology department.
