Printed Version
All students admitted to the Psychology Department are offered a financial package that supports them from September of their first year through the following five years. (In 2006-2007 the stipend was $20,000 for the academic year and $6,667 for the summer). Additionally, University subsidized housing near the campus, is available and tuition and health insurance fees are paid for the five year period. This support package combines Research Assistant positions and Graduate Teaching Fellowship positions. As a Research Assistant, students collaborate on research with a faculty member. Graduate teaching responsibilities involve assisting in instruction on one course per year.
