Culture, stigma and prejudice, intersectional and feminist epistemologies in the study of psychology.

I am interested in understanding the cognitive, behavioral, and physiological effects of having a stigmatized identity. In particular, I am currently exploring how individuals conceal their stigmatized identities, and how they experience their distinct public and private selves.
