Current Research
My primary focus is self-regulation, i.e. the regulation of our thoughts, emotions, and behavior, in the pursuit of goals. In particular, I am exploring how certain kinds of strategic thinking can sustainably promote our ability for successful self-regulation in the pursuit of future goals, while enhancing our present wellbeing.
