SECURITY ----ALERT

                     ROBBERY

 

On September 1, 2007, at about 3:20A.M., in front of 419 W. 118 St., two female students were approached

by a male who made a gesture with his hand in his pocket, as if he had a gun. The suspect demanded their property and the victims handed over money and personal property.  The male then fled west toward Amsterdam Avenue.   .

 

The male is described as black, 35-40 years, 6’, 150 lbs., dark complexion, black hair-short Afro, wearing a blue windbreaker and blue shorts.

 

All members of the community are urged to take precautions when traveling at night and report any suspicious activity to the Police at 911.
