Reception for New Minority Faculty reception to welcome student leaders, faculty and administrators of color will be held at 4:30 P.M., Wed., Oct. 22, in the Dag Hammarskjold Lounge, located on the 6th floor in the International Affairs Building.
Being honored are faculty members Eduardo Machado, associate professor of theatre in the School of the Arts; Richard Peña, assistant professor of film in the School of the Arts; Tazuko Shibusawa, assistant professor in the School of Social Work; the Law School's Dean of Students Shannon Salinas, and University Secretary R. Keith Walton. The event is sponsored by the Minority Student Affairs Network and the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
