mbassador Richard Holbrooke, who brokered the Bosnia ceasefire, spoke on diplomacy in the post-Cold War era on Jan. 29 at the inaugural event of the International Conflict Resolution Program of the School of International and Public Affairs. The new program promotes research on methods of conflict resolution and offers courses, seminars and training sessions. The director is Andrea Bartoli, who has been active in conflict resolution as a vice president of the Community of St. Egidio.
