Law Lecture

Cass R. Sunstein, the Karl N. Llewellyn Professor of Jurisprudence and co-director of the Center for the Study of Constitutionalism in Eastern Europe at the University of Chicago, will deliver the annual Samuel Rubin lecture at the Law School on Apr. 22.

The talk will begin at 4:00 P.M. in Room 102. Sunstein’s lecture, titled “Rights and Money,” will provide an overview of the myriad ways in which even narrowly defined rights against government interference depend on money, including taxes to support police, courts and other institutions that enforce individual rights.
