eans, administrators and other University officials descended on the kitchens of John Jay dining hall Apr. 14 to participate in “Look Who’s Cooking.” Through this program sponsored by Dining Services, administrators serve supper to undergraduate students and also offer their recipes, such as “chicken and plantain soup” from Vice President for Student Services Mark Burstein and “spinach and leek soufflé” by University Chaplain Jewelnel Davis.
