Pride in a Secure Campus

Getting a big hug from campus security mascot Roary Pride are Julie Hurvitz, Business'96, and Linda Orandi, Business'96. Orandi recently found Hurvitz's lost calculator and returned it as a result of "Operation I.D.," an effort by the campus security force to encourage Columbians to mark personal property. Other crime prevention programs underway by the security department include: Safe Haven, a merchant-based affiliate assistance program; monthly crime prevention seminars and, coming soon, a "Kids Day" program for the children of Columbians. Further information on all of these programs may be obtained from the security offices.
