Grade Changes
A change of grade is recorded by the Office of the Registrar after it is approved by the appropriate office(s). The updated grade will appear on your transcript and on Student Services Online the day after the change is entered.
Please note: Grade changes must be approved by the department the class was taken. Academic advising centers must approve all changes for undergraduate students. Student Affairs offices and/or academic departments must approve all changes for graduate and professional students. If you are concerned about whether a grade change has been submitted, you may inquire with the instructor and/or the department offering the class.
Pass/Fail
You may switch back from the pass/fail option to the letter grade option any time before the last day to select the pass/fail grading option for your school. This change must be made in person at the Office of the Registrar at the appropriate office listed below: The pass/fail deadlines for each school are listed in Registration Dates.
