Elana Stein

Biography
Elana Stein, MA, is a PhD. candidate in the Department of Religion who is interested in Talmudic law and secular legal theory, especially how one can shed light on the other. She is currently writing her dissertation on the phenomenon of legal loopholes in the Talmud. She lives with her husband Yonah Hain on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
