Moore in America: Monumental Sculpture at the New York Botanical Garden

The New York Botanical Garden presents the work of British sculptor Henry Moore through November 2. Moore, born in 1898, carved in the open air. The Botanical Garden has put more than 20 of his abstract sculptures around their grounds in the largest outdoor exhibition of the artist’s work in the United States.

The New York Botanical Garden, located in the Bronx, can be reached by the B, D and 4 trains. It’s a bit of a hike, but worth the trip up north.
