Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)

Each year, several high school students are sponsored by their local rotary clubs to participate in RYLA, a training workshop that teaches students new leadership skills through group activities and bonding. Rotaract members generally serve as counselors and mentors for these students. The conference is generally held during one weekend in April in Northern New Jersey.
