University Soup Kitchen on Lower East Side
Lower East Side - March 8, 2008 (8:30-11:30am or 12-3pm)
Volunteer at the University Soup Kitchen! Help prepare and serve meals and organize clothing donations. Volunteer opportunities are available in two shifts: 8:30-11:30am or 12-3pm. When signing up please specify which shift you prefer. To sign up please e-mail Ruchi. Shift 1: Meet at Columbia Gates at 7:50am. Shift 2: Meet at Columbia Gates at 11am.

LSA Family Health Service in East Harlem
333 East 115th Street - March 6, 2008 (5:30-7:30pm)
Help host a leadership activity centered around the theme of "YOUR FUTURE - College, Careers, and Beyond." Volunteer with elementary and middle school children. A potential plan is to organize an arts and crafts activity followed by discussion about the children's hopes and goals for their future. Meet at the Columbia Gates at 4:50pm.
