Reed Super is the former CLS Environmental Law Clinic staff attorney. The Entergy case deals with an interpretation of a Clean Water Act provision that protects aquatic life from being harmed by power stations' cooling water intake structures.

This event is co-sponsored by the Columbia Environmental Law Society and Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, with student senate funds.

SALDF will be screening "March of the Penguins" next Wednesday, October 22, at 7:00 pm in JG 304. This is a great documentary (it won the 2006 Academy Award for Best Documentary, in fact!) and at 80 minutes long it is short and sweet. Vegan dinner will be served!
