Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about the University’s Trustees, and gain details on submitting University Honors & Prizes nominations for Commencement. And, whether you are a professor seeking a Blue Seal letter for a trip abroad or a student organization leader seeking authorization to use the King’s Crown, please feel free to browse the services offered by the Office.

The Secretary serves as the liaison between the senior administration and the Trustees. The Secretary prepares the agenda for the Trustees Meetings and maintains the University Statutes.

In addition, he oversees the process for selecting honorary degree recipients and the winners of the University Medal for Excellence.

The Secretary also undertakes, from time to time, special projects on behalf of the president and the University Trustees.
