Drugs and Society

This seminar provides a forum for the scholarly exchange of information within the larger drug research community. It brings to bear upon the complex questions of drug abuse the expertise of a wide variety of professionals from the Columbia community and from other institutions and agencies. Topics focus on the sociology, psychology, treatment and history of drug abuse. Speakers in the seminar are drawn from the membership itself and, by invitation, from other institutions.
