Bronx Zoo

10am-5pm

The pythons slither around a lush indoor tropical rain forest; the ponds brim with crocodiles.  The elusive snow leopard wanders around the peaks of the "Himalayan Highlands," and more than 30 species of rodentia coexist in the Mouse House.  Birds, Giraffes, lions and reptiles abound; the zoo is home to more than 6,000 creatures.  Although it covers 265 acres, it's not too hard on the fee; there's a choice of monorail or tram.  The newest attraction is the Congo Gorilla Forest.  Experience the Bronx Zoo and all its amazing creatures.
