Cost of AttendanceEach school calculates the cost of attendance to represent a student's maximum financial aid eligibility. This cost of attendance consists of tuition and fees plus estimated living expenses. It may also be called the "budget" or "COA". In addition to considering the official cost of attendance, it may be worthwhile for you to calculate what you expect your expenses to be. To assist you in this calculation process, we have provided an educational financing planner (PDF) for your convenience. Tuition and FeesTuition for each school is listed in the Tuition Rates and Fees chart. In addition to these tuition costs, nearly all students will also need to pay other charges associated with their coursework and life at Columbia. Include the other fees and charges billed to the Student Account Statement in your calculations. Books and SuppliesBook and supply costs vary greatly by program and between full-time and part-time enrollment. Please contact your school's financial aid office for more detailed information.
