I. Meeting Opening - Meeting Called to Order at 9:00PM.

- Carlson Leadership Academy - Feb. 9-10: East Brunswick, NJ Seniors coming along for "moral support"

- Standards Board Election Speeches presented by Brothers Gerecht, Bohm, Hwang, Schenk, and Pruitt. Agrawal nominated but not present. Arora absent and ineligible due to 1 yr. stint requirement on S. Board Quorum: 34/44 present (5/6 will be chosen on S. Board) Votes: Gerecht (19); Bohm (12); Hwang (14); Schenk (18); Pruitt (18); Agrawal (11) Sr. Marshall - Gerecht; Other Members - Bohm, Hwang, Schenk, Pruitt
- BMA Chair Election Quorum: 34/44 present Arora absent and ineligible due to studying abroad fall semester Votes: Hoffstetter (24); Lora (3) (absent); Shaker (0) Hoffstetter will consider assistants for position
- a. Begin deciding who will live in the house during the summer and next academic year (deadline Feb. 18). Will begin during Feb. 11 meeting.b. Chapter discussion & vote on E-board members declining to live in house Brother Teklu granted permission to live outside the house next academic yr.
- Dance Marathon Update - Luis, have you found a partner? Shaker - Funds unavailable ($250/ participant) and needed to submit tomorrow evening. Partner for Lora still unavailable. English volunteering for another \ organization, but asks if possible to represent SigEp as well. Thompson collects donations for D.M.

V. Chapter Counselor's Report/Alumni Board Report - John Beisler (absent)

- Mention of CLA this weekend.
- Conrad Eberstein present. Gives welcome and mentions Horowitz designation as Alumni Secretary. Next meeting, Tuesday Feb. 20rd @ 8 pm

VI. House Manager's Report - Brother Teklu

- Cleanliness issue - Addressed to everyone, but especially brothers in the house (No favors�) Not mentioned due to time constraints.
- Ken Martino is doing a good job with providing us with new supplies and repairs.
- Alumni Gift
- Shantanu: Update on plaque Already purchased and will be delivery in the next couple weeks.
- After meeting, we will be moving Street Fighter downstairs Majority choose to leave it upstairs due to "lack of space" in basement.
- Dave & Co.: Before CLA, you are responsible to either return the other two arcade machines or put them in a dumpster. No motions to remove other two nonfunctioning video games. To be continued..

VII. IGC Report - Brother Hoffstetter

- April 21st - Black Tie Awards Banquet. D. Parker & Teklu volunteer to be speakers.
- 5 volunteers for Dance Marathon Carnival Feb. 11th, Sunday afternoon: Stern, Lowe, Christopher, Fidyk, Hoffstetter

A. VP - Programming - Nigel Pretty
- Valentine Formal - Vote again on preference for date Date: Thursday, Feb 15th at 10 pm. Closed party and need volunteers to set up.
- Recap of Super Bowl Party
- Retreat will happen, but activity unknown due to budget constraints.
- D. Parker mentions camping trip he will coordinate in the next 1.5 mths. and will ensure a 1:1 girl-to-guy ratio
Intramural Chair: Rick Thompson
- Recap of 2 B-ball games - Two big losses
- Soccer Practice at 11 am Tues/Thurs at Levien Gym
- Softball coming up
- CoEd ID Soccer Final at Barnard Gym, 10 pm: Lowe, Thompson, and Mangion will be playing.

IX. President's Report - Chris Fidyk
- Mention of SigEp Centennial Celebration Conclave in Washington, D.C., August 15-19. Early bird special registration by around March. Talk to E-board for more info. We want a big turnout
- GMAT and LSAT free sessions held on Sunday, Feb. 11th
- Will begin competition on SigEp trivia for cool prizes.

X. Gavel Pass
- Mandel chooses No Standards Board (Serton, Cheung, Toolan, Johnson) and "tries" two cases.
