- Follow up on Brother Assignments from Retreat. Brother Thompson went over list and follow up will continue…
- Community Service Projects for CCO Absentees? Let's confirm this tonight! Not confirmed. Christopher will e-mail absentees with project suggestions.

IV. New Business

- House Cleanup is desperately needed… Cleanup session Saturday afternoon before BBQ.
- Delta Gamma Mixer Wednesday night. Who will be in attendance?
- Senior Dinner on April 25th @ Arthur's Steakhouse in Hoboken - Will have to be rescheduled.
- New faculty advisor Alexander Pfaff visiting. Asks chapter to think about what it wants to get out of him.

V. Chapter Counselor's Report/Alumni Board Report - John Beisler (absent)

- Alumni Board meeting April 24th, 8 pm.
- Who is coming to Conclave?

VI. House Manager's Report - Brother Agrawal

- Final Summer Housing Report - Completed.
- 3rd and 4th Floor Shower heads were replaced
- House Cleanup is desperately needed…Cleanup session (see above)
- Fining System / Weekly Maid Service? Joel will look into maid service, but each brother paying just $5 per week will total $150 for the year!

- : Defeated Sigma Nu B-team 7-0 on Wed. Next soccer game v. Delta Sigs on Tuesday 11:00 pm. Pike Softball Monday at 3 pm.

B. VP - Finance - Tom Huth
- Collection of dues for Spring Semester: Budget is dying because some brothers are behind on dues.
- Composite picture to be taken on May 1st @ 8pm - 1st day of reading period - $5 deposit for composite pictures
- Chapter will be collecting for Greek Awards dinner today. Cost: $20.

- Committee meetings still continuing. Planning for next year.

- No Standards Board Charges brought by Brother Agrawal - Did not present. Brother Mentor rite will be held near the end of the semester.
