Meeting Minutes from April 1, 2001

I. Meeting Opening - Meeting came to order at 9 pm.(dressed in formal attire)

- CCO recap with Team Leader Peter Shaker - Absent so covered by Fidyk. Went to Innwood Park to clear drains out to prevent erosion and subsequent uprooting of trees
- Greek Awards - a) Reservations for bros and dates/parents so we know exactly how many spots we need. b) Pleas to get parents to take out program ads for themselves or their businesses or something.
- Recap of 2nd Anniversary Dinner at Symposium

IV. New Business

- TIPS training was today but we had to cancel. Next date for training must be before April 30th. Convenient date? Suggestion: Weekend of April 20-22?
- Buc Cup Application was mailed in on Friday.
- Double room situation - Agrawal and Pruitt will take double. Chapter allowed for them to get the first two choices ahead of E-board next year.
- April Fool's Joke - Jalenko and Hofstetter
- New Brother: Luke Donatelli joined this afternoon.

VI. House Manager's Report - Brother Agrawal

-Summer Housing report: Interested: Pruitt, D. Parker, Pretty, Alperovich, Hofstetter, Shaker. - Keys for new brothers, $5
- Fining System - May be implemented if kitchen isn't cleaned.

- AChiO Scavenger Hunt for charity, "Women in Need." / Awards Banquet plug.

A. VP - Programming - Nigel Pretty
- Mini House Party recap - Final Four, BBQ & cheap "Country Club" beverages.
- Upcoming House party - April 20th.
- Camping Trip still on for April 28th? D. Parker: Will likely be Thursday night - Saturday or Sunday morning. Needs help with finding rental camping supplies. Chapter will not subside the trip.
Intramural Chair: Rick Thompson
- Played Pike Sunday and tied 0-0. Next game is against Sigma Nu's B-team Wednesday. Wear black. Next softball game: Monday, 3 pm v. PIKE.
Community Service Chair: Pete Shaker

- Collection of dues for Spring Semester: Budget is dying because some brothers are behind on dues.
- Composite picture to be taken on April 31st - 1st day of reading period - Costs will be from $1000-$1200.
- Chapter will be collecting for Greek Awards dinner next Sunday. Cost: $20.

- April 5th - Sigma Rite at St. Paul's Chapel. 8 pm - E-board and Ritual Team report. All others meet at 9 pm.
