1) Warning on inappropriate E-mails - E-board considering private e-mail list
for unofficial business. To be discussed next semester… 2) Reiterate House Drug
Policy - No drug usage in common areas, period.
3) Senior Dinner Reminder: This Thursday night at Arthur's. Be at the restaurant
at 7:30 if you can't meet at the house at 6:15.
IV. New Business
1) Voting on Semester Dues: Dues Now: $300/semester; Proposed: $325 Early Payment
Discount: Pay 2 Terms for $600 in Sept., save $50. Passed with slim quorum:
23 Yeas, 6 Neas.
2) Academic Tracking with Alexander Pfaff
3) Brother Arora spoke to Educational Foundation and will provide most of the
money for the Balanced Senior Awards.
4) Brother Schenk offers to facilitate a Lit Hum review session for the freshmen.
V. Chapter Counselor's Report/Alumni Board Report -

VI. House Manager's Report - Brother Agrawal
Formal Resignation. Brother Hofstetter will serve as house manager for the summer
and possibly for the fall depending on the decision for Resident Advisor.

BBQ with DG and Sigma Nu on May 10th before the Intrepid
Intramural Chair: Rick Thompson
- Note: On May 1st, our SigEp indoor soccer team defeated a three-time champion
law school team 3-2 in penalty shots. The scoreless game went to sudden death
overtime where it remained 0-0. In the 3-man shootout that ensued, the law schoolers
missed their third penalty kick while Garland English, Jeremy Mangion, and Rick
Thompson all made their shots to give SigEp the 3-2 shootout victory and the
championship. This marks the greatest athletic victory for NY Phi in its short
two year history. Congratulations!
