      I)   Meeting comes to order at 9 pm

    II)    Roll Call

  III)    Old Business

1) Discussion over tragic terrorist attacks, efforts to account for all past and  

present NY Phi’s, Columbia and SigEp volunteering efforts

2) Other old business?  None.

   IV)    New Business

  1) Plans for future volunteering efforts for NY Phi.  Coordinators of scheduling

  and volunteering sites (Cheung?  Hofstetter?)  Will assist in small groups in the

  opportunities are still available.

  2) House negligence by-law (Hofstetter)  Board will consider this by-law and

 later present to chapter in writing. 

           3) West End Party rescheduled for Sept. 28th and House Party rescheduled for

           October 13th

           4) Gentleman’s Club this Thursday starting at 10 pm

           5) BMA Banquet this Saturday at 6 pm (Mandatory!), S. Lawn Football game at

           1 pm with applicants.  27 Semi-Finalists handed out invites, jacket & tie

           required, Fmr. Matt Matlack introducing keynote speaker Grand President John

          Hartman speaking

          6) Other new business?  None. 

    V)   Chapter Counselor’s Report – Brother Beisler

          Thanked chapter for good volunteering efforts.  Collecting at least $1 from each

         brother for Red Cross.  Awarded Brother Pretty with Zollinger Chapter Award.  

                 

   VI)   Alumni Board Report – Brother Beisler

           No Report.

  VII)  House Report – Brother Hofstetter

          Taking requests for room improvements and handed out SigEp Sweetheart Tees

                   

VIII)  IGC Report – Brothers Hofstetter, Shaker, Speaker, Wall

          Lerner Party on Sept. 21 for raising money for Red Cross.  Order of Omega

         applicants:  Teklu, Huth, Wall, Agrawal, and Schenk

                              

   IX)  VP Reports

          1)          VP Programming – Nigel Pretty

a) Recap of Gentlemen’s Club

b) Any assistance needed for upcoming social events?        Need help with  

                   postering.  Get girls to wear Sweetheart tees at West End Party
