a) Discussion of House Party registration – Leaning toward not registering due to excessive additional costs and minimal probation penalties.

Intramurals – Brother Thompson:

Tonight’s Volleyball Match – We won!  Volleyball on Tuesday 9 pm and Soccer Wed. at 8 pm

Community Service – Brother Shaker: Phis will research project options and will submit to Shaker by Wed.  On Friday, suggestions will be sent out to chapter and on Sunday, a definite project will be chosen. 

                    Social Chair – Brother Lora:

                    a) Collection of Dues

                    b) Form Composite Committee – Composite to arrive in 2-3 weeks.  

Committee will look for cheaper options around $500-800.  Members:  Shaker, Agrawal, and English. 

          3)          VP Recruitment – Chris Parker

a) Introduce new brothers and other guests

b) Recruitment Updates – Carmine’s dinner and Amcafe Friday went well   

c) Recap of Recruitment Committee Meeting – No one showed up.  New meeting at noon Monday.

          4)      VP Development – Gordon Christopher

a) Update on Ferris Booth development discussions – Going well.            

b) After Sigma Rite, development event at house with beer, pizza, Animal House, and Strange Brew
