2) Roadtrip to Richmond logistics (Hofstetter). Will send out an e-mail to participants
3) Confirm date for Roadtrip to Cornell U. Will take place on the 3rd weekend of November
4) Any other old business? None.
IV) New Business
1) By-Law: $10-15 fee per semester per chapter house occupant for housing
supplies. No noted objections. Passed unanimously. Bring money to next
meeting.
2) Juffe – Banned from chapter house. Yes, no objections.

V) Chapter Counselor’s Report – Brother Beisler
Thanks for donations to Firefighter’s fund. Raised $125.
VI) Alumni Board Report – Brother Beisler
Next meeting next Wednesday 8 pm. Founder’s Day dinner at Penn Club on
Nov. 1st. $50 dinner for undergrads and Eberstein is willing to subsidize about
$15-20.
VII) House Report – Brother Hofstetter
After-Party Cleanup Report: Thanks to the 5-6 brothers that helped. The legs on the pool table snapped, but repaired. Has 6 SigEp sweetheart tees left.
VIII) IGC Report – Brothers Hofstetter, Shaker, Speaker, Wall
Meeting next Monday. Housing committee being formed and there is 1 rep per chapter house. Strict standards from CU on Greek housing. House must be in good condition, fully occupied, and all chapters must be active with IGC. Very important for all brothers to do their part to help.
Order of Omega applications for juniors is on CU Greek website. Greek Week committees chairpersons applications also online.
IX) VP Reports
1) VP Programming – Nigel Pretty
1) Recap of House Party – Very nice turnout. Beverages were consumed quickly. Party broken up by CU security around 1:30 a.m. without any incidents.
