Report
by SIWPS, the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, and the
Atlantic Council of the United States
The Saltzman Institute in cooperation with the National
Committee on American Foreign Policy and the Atlantic Council of the United
States released a report entitled, "Enhancing Democracy Assistance"
which offers policy recommendations for democracy assistance in the next
administration. The directors of the project were SIWPS professor
