HALL OF FAME NOMINATION

The Hall of Fame honors distinguished Columbia University School of Social Work alumni/ae who have made outstanding contributions to the theory and/or practice of social work and who, by their example, have added distinction to the social work profession. Nominees must have graduated from a CUSSW degree program at least 15 years prior to the year of nomination. Graduates from all fields of practice will receive full consideration in the nomination process. All nominations will be confidential.

Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, the Committee is unable to keep an application longer than two years. If your nominee is not selected for the Hall of Fame during that time, it is acceptable to re-nominate your choice. If you are re-nominating your candidate, please provide the Committee with updated information.

Nominations must be received before December 31, 2007 for consideration in this year’s process.
