Career Services for Current Students
The Office of Career & Leadership Development is committed to providing students and alumni with the necessary tools to successfully manage their professional development throughout their careers. Whether you are entering a new field, advancing within your current profession, or changing directions, we will help you identify and develop the skills and resources needed to achieve your goals. We accomplish this through career counseling, career development workshops, career fairs, recruitment, and employer outreach programs. Students and alumni are encouraged to partner with the Office of Career & Leadership Development and dedicate time to independent research and networking to build bridges within the professional world.

Office Hours
Office of Career & Leadership Development is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the academic year, we are also open on Wednesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Students can meet with professional staff for résumé and cover letter reviews, career counseling, and mock interviews. To schedule an appointment, please log into the appointment scheduling system.

Presidential Management Fellowship
The PMF Program is your passport to a unique and rewarding career experience with the Federal Government. It provides you with an opportunity to apply the knowledge you acquired from graduate study. As a PMF, your assignments may involve public policy and administration, domestic or international issues, information technology, human resources, engineering, health and medical sciences, law, financial management, and many other fields in support of public service programs.
Qualifications
Eligible applicants are those students who will meet graduate degree requirements between September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008.
Application
The 2008 application period will typically open in September 2007 and close in October 2007. Specific dates for the application period will be announced on the fellowship website:
