4.    Controls over the use of public employees or facilities for abortion purposes and requiring the physician to determine the viability of the fetus older than 20 weeks prior to performing the abortion, (Webster v. Reproductive Health Services, 492 U.S. 490--1989).
5.    In 1994, the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act was enacted, which made it a crime to use force, threat, or obstruction to injure, intimidate, or interfere with

6.   In 1992, the Supreme Court decided Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey (505, U.S. 833--1992), which reaffirmed the central ruling of Roe—that no undue burden on access to abortion should exist for a woman over 18 years of age prior to fetal viability, but the case also permitted states more freedom in the regulation of abortion.
