Mr. Eduardo Baez has taught a course at the Columbia University School of Social Work (CUSSW) on bilingual/bicultural social work practice since 1996.

Since earning his MS degree from CUSSW, Mr. Baez has dedicated his career to working with people both affected and infected by AIDS/HIV. Over the last ten years, Mr. Baez has served as the Assistant Director of the Volunteer Department at Gay Men's Health Crisis, as Director of Program Operations for the Queens site of the Hispanic AIDS Forum, and as the Director of Case Management and Support Services for the William F. Ryan Community Health Center. Currently, he is the Program Director for the Cornell Clinical Trials Unit.

Additionally, Mr. Baez is a consultant, trainer and published author on diversity and bilingual/bicultural social work practice.
