Nathan M. Schaefer, MSSA, currently serves as Director of Public Policy at Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC), the nation's oldest AIDS Service Organization. His career has focused on HIV/AIDS public policy and advocacy. Schaefer has worked for AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth & Families as a government relations associate in Washington, DC, and for the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland as Director of Education and Public Policy. He earned his degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
