Bio:

Julien Teitler is associate professor of Social Work and Sociology and Director of the Columbia University Social Indicators Survey Center. Teitler has extensive experience directing phone and in-person surveys in New York City and nationally and is an expert in research methodology, including surveying hard to reach populations. Teitler teaches graduate level classes in research methodology.
