On November 16, 2007, the CUSSW Advisory Committee on Children and family Services
presented a conference focusing on the critical issue of disproportionality in child
welfare services. We were fortunate to be able to view this issue through a lens
nationally with Dr. Robert Hill (article),
regionally with New York State Commissioner of the Office of Children and Family Services and locally
with Dr. John Mattingly, Commissioner of Administration for Children Services.
