Student Federal Income Tax Forms
In order to be considered for federal aid, students must submit a signed copy of their Federal Income Tax Forms. Students should also be sure to include copies of all schedules that were submitted with the original return. Students who file electronically or over the phone should submit a signed copy of their e-file or Teletax worksheet. If filing separately, married students must also submit a copy of their spouse’s federal tax forms. Students who do not plan to file must submit documentation of non-filer status, letter 1722, which may be obtained by contacting the Internal Revenue Service Office at 800-829-1040.

Please Note: Temporary waivers for this requirement will be granted to students who submit copies of an official tax-filing extension..
