CUSSW Co-Sponsors Latino Family
On June 6th and 7th, the Columbia University School of Social Work co-sponsored the 2nd conference on the Diversity
and Strength of the Latino Family in Rockville Centre, New York. This year's conference, the brainchild of the
National Association of Puerto Rican and Hispanic Social Workers, was dedicated to exploring the unique social and
cultural needs of the burgeoning Latino population. Read more.
CUSSW's Ada Mui Named First Senior Specialist
Fulbright Fellow
CUSSW's Assistant Professor Ada Mui has been selected as the first Fulbright Senior Specialist Fellow. The award
entitles Professor Mui to a social work grant at the Sau Po Centre on Ageing within the University of Hong Kong. Read more.
