The School of Social Work Audio Visual Department (SWAV)
AV Support Hours
During the winter break, spring break, and summer months, AV services
are available on request and are considered after hours. A two business day advanced request and room confirmation are required.
During the regular academic year (fall and spring terms), AV services typically
follow the social work course schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and
Thursdays. For the current schedule, check this page regularly.

* AV service hours of operation are based on the fall and spring term course schedule. AV must be requested and the
room reservation confirmed at least two business days in advance of the event. This includes events which require AV between 8:00pm to 9:30pm,
Tuesdays through Thursdays during the spring and fall
term. If AV is not requested, the AV equipment will be locked by 8:00pm.
