There are two ways to apply to the Doctoral Program. You may download an application in PDF format, fill it out, and send it to us, or you may apply online.
The deadline for Fall 2012 is January 2, 2012. The online application will go live on
September, 9, 2011.

Applications
submitted electronically receive the same consideration as applications
submitted on paper. Please note that the fee for the paper application is $225; for the online it is $65.
