Data from Waves 1 and 2 of SIS are also available. Data from Wave 1 of SIS were collected from 2250 households in New York City (all 5 boroughs) and the Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (encompassing the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) between July and November 1997.
Data from Wave 2 of SIS were collected from the 5 boroughs of New York City between May 1999 and March 2000, with 1501 households responding.
Data from Wave 3 of SIS were collected from the 5 boroughs of New York City between March and June of 2002, with 1501 households responding. Data will become available Spring 2003.
