Worldwide Vigil News Update!

(3/18) "The 24-Hr Vigil for Democracy in Taiwan" at Times Square, New York now has the full cooperation of NYPD, said the the Commanding Officer of Special Assignment, Lt. Dennis Cirillo. Our appreciation to Lt. Dennis Cirillo for his wish of good luck.

(3/18) Weather OK the Vigil at Times Square! The weather on the eve of March 22 is projected to be cool but clear. Don't forget your jackets.

(3/19) As of 3/19, the Worldwide Vigil event has expanded to over 20 cities over the world. Please refer to Worldwide Vigil List for comprehensive information about activities nearest you. Please join us.

(3/19) Important! Things you should bring to the Over-night vigil: Wind-proof jacket. Raincoat, just in case. Hat. Scarf. Water bottle. CANDLE- please bring your own, or you can bring a flash light instead. An extra blanket may help in case the temperature dives.
