Columbia Transportation has contracted Golden Touch Transportation of NY to provide bus and van rental services. Quotes and reservations can be obtained through the Columbia Transportation office. Vehicles range from 11-passenger vans to 49-passenger coaches.
Requesting these services through Transportation Services ensures that all students, staff and faculty are covered under Columbia’s insurance agreements and standards. Requestors do not have to create purchase orders as Transportation processes all invoices and bills customers monthly via IDI. These charges will apply to new sub-code 4882 "Bus/Charter Service".
Transportation Services requires a 48 hour cancellation notice for all Bus and Van Rentals. Please note that users will be charged the full amount if reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours.
