"Democratization in Turkey: Prospects and Challenges" was hosted by the Committee of Global Thought and the Middle East Institute at Columbia University. Author and journalist Nicole Pope was asked to examine Turkey.s prospects for democracy and regime change in the wake of the Arab Spring, with discussant David C. Cuthell, former Executive Director at the Institute of Turkish Studies. (21/02/12)
