USCC Board Meeting:

I. Mission Statment
-Revisions have been made on the date of the retreat. -- Rita should be sending out the new mission statement to everyone so that we can take a look and add suggestions. (i.e> we need to add Cherish's position)
II. Website Update/PIcs -Everyone should send their name, position, year and school to Armando at ALR2106@Columbia.edu
III. Meeting with member groups//contact pres & reps//CSC//Bomba Latina
-There are 44 groups under the USCC umbrella.
-Idea: Cross Culture Alumni Event with all groups involved
-Svati needs to:
-e-mail Stanley Tan for Pres & Rep members info and contact
-Maribel to get in contact with Barnard groups.
-We are not participating in Bomba Latina because timing circumstances. Rita will e-mail :( -CSC Nightmarket Event:: October 21st. Tasha to contact & confirm our attendance.
**Everyone should think of a different idea to have at our table during the Nightmarket event. ie. Spray painting t-shirts (Tasha's idea :])
IV. Flyers introducing USCC to Barnard -An intended Meet & Greet/Mixer in Lower Level Mac for Oct 27 -Shirley will check the availability for LLM for 10/27 -Jari make flyers for Meet & Greet by Monday 10/03 ((Suggested? To include the board members onto an email that will be sent out to all the groups//purpose is for those who don't know about USCC will see that people THEY know are actually participating in it))
-Angie needs to see if all events will be approved by ABC Started: 8.14pm Ended: 9pm
