I. CSC Night Market Oct. 21st:
Our Event: Textile Paint on T-Shirts
-Rita & Ambalika will not be at Night Marketŕ Will buy supplies & send out info on the quantities/prices
-Rita, Ambalika & Shirley will bring lamps for the night market
-$200.00 budget
-$3 T-shirts, $5 without (for purchase & paint)
-Svati will contact Jari about flyers
will also send ABC spreadsheet to Armando
Signing up for a TIME SLOT for CSC’s Night Market – So far we have:
5-6pm 6pm-7pm 7pm-8pm 8pm-9pm
-Dora -Shirley -Svati -Armando

*Matt will be there all night for USCC, AAA and VSA

II. President Mixer
-Purpose: Presidents of each group under USCC umbrella to attend; talk of reform (any changes or things that should stay the way they are); figure out a convenient way to keep in touch with one another.
-Two possible dates: either a Sunday afternoon (around 2) or Thursday evening (around 9)
-Ranny will look for a space
-Each USCC member will pick 4-5 groups to contact individually
III. Barnard Mixer
**No Space Yet!!**
-Shirley will continue looking into it
-Will have cultural mixers & food.
IV & V. BOSS Alumni & Naach Nation:
-Rita will send out e-mails to better inform us about both events.
Comments/Thoughts:
Svati’s idea of getting in touch with the kids in our community (JHS/HS) that
will be affected by the expansion of Columbia.
-It’s for all organizations to work together.
-Idea: Fair? Festival? Educational Acitivity
