(*It provides information for Guards and Naval Militia members to apply for RIRP college grant.  So you need to be a member of the Air Force or Army Guard or Naval Militia in order to be eligible for this grant.  If you are a marine reservist, contact Naval Militia at (518)786-4583 and ask about membership, then apply for this grant.   You are not eligible if you are out of the service, i.e. not anymore a member of the Guard or Marine Reserves.)
