Is there handicap accessibility to the meeting facility?

Mori Tower is fully handicap accessible as well as Academyhills on the 40th floor.

You may take photos but flash photography is not permitted.

As a courtesy to your fellow attendees and speakers, we ask that you please put your device on silent. If you receive or need to make a phone call, please step outside of the meeting room to do so.

What are the Symposium Registration Desk hours?

The Registration Desk will be open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Will food be provided during the Symposium?

Coffee/Tea and snacks will be provided during the coffee break. Cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres will be offered during the cocktail reception.

Will lunch be served during the Symposium?

Lunch will not be served during the Symposium however; there is a café on the 40th floor where you may purchase lunch.

Where will the cocktail reception be held?

The cocktail reception will take place in the Quarante D room diagonally across the 40th floor of the facility at 5:45pm.

There will be a Q&A session after each panel discussion.

May I bring a guest to the event?

Your guest must have pre-registered for the event in order to attend. We cannot guarantee that there will be seats available the day of the event.

If speakers give permission to make their presentations available to the attendees, then their presentations will be posted on the WEAI website.
